Leading through ChangeStatus Go – Episode 59

It’s not often you get to interview your boss. However, in this episode I was fortunate enough to discuss leading through change with Aaron Stone, CEO and President of InterVision…and my boss!

We covered a lot of ground in this conversation. Using the incredible transformation of Neteligent, a company he founded, and taking the helm of InterVision as backdrop, we discuss his views on change; his favorite books on leading change; and how to set a vision for your team or your company that helps guide through change.

If you are faced with leading through change, you will want to take notes during this dialogue!

Status Go – Episode 57

In a recent newsletter, I highlighted a couple of LinkedIn posts from Dave Linn the Gratitude Dude. I was delighted to have Dave as a guest on Status Go. Our world has changed in the blink of an eye. It is easy to get lost in the panic and uncertainty. Dave’s posts encouraged all of us to show each other grace and compassion and to look for ways to help others (after ensuring we, ourselves, are safe).

Our conversation was inspirational. Dave is involved in many different endeavors…all of them in the vein of giving back. His challenge to all of us is to show a little gratitude every day, especially in these uncertain times. I would love to hear your thoughts after listening to this episode.

Status Go – Episode 56

As 2020 dawned, Jared Nichols of The New Futurist and I sat down to discuss the future. The conversation was so insightful, we decided to sit down again and dive deeper. We also wanted to do a progress check as we reach the end of the first quarter – to challenge you to think about how you viewed the first quarter three months ago and how you view things today.  A lot has changed in those three months.

You may recall from the first episode that we also talked about scenario development as a part of strategic foresight. In this conversation, Jared explains his three step process for spotting early signs of change. These episodes are guaranteed to change the way you think about the future!
